Holly Honey Bear
The gallberry bush (Ilex Glabra) is a member of the holly family that grows in the pine forests and swamps of the Gulf Coast region. The bush produces small, white flowers that peak soon after the tupelo season ends. The nectar from the gallberry bush produces a wonderfully mild honey that resists granulation. We have two sizes - the 2 ounce "baby bear" and the 12 ounce regular bear. There is a discount for buying a dozen baby bears - you get 12 for the price of 10.
