Two of my favorite things are honey and chocolate, and I am looking for recipes that bring them together in perfect harmony. In the meantime, here is a simple treat I made today: Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a small sauce pan over low heat. Add 1/4 cup cocoa powder and 1/4 cup honey. Whisk briskly until smooth. Pour into a small bowl and refrigerate until firm. Take a small spoon and scoop out a truffle sized ball for a major honey-chocolate jolt.
