Reason for the 4 stars is the taste. It is nowhere near as sweet as any other honey, but it does seem to have a calming effect. We both have eaten it everyday, since we received it, with biscuits, about a tablespoon full. We both want to take a nap afterwards. My wife and I both had sinus problems and have noticed that it has cleared up. Do not know if the Linden honey is responsible but nothing helps has been taken.
Ever since I discovered Smiley Honey and its many products, I have been drinking more tea with their honey. The Linden flavor is delicious, as I've tried it with the Nettle tea at the first sign of a cold or sinus issues, and I always am better the next day. I also use it with other types of teas.
its an acquired taste ,its helping with our colds and relaxing feeling
My son said he tried it and it was very good,he was right
This is one of the most distinct (strange) flavored honeys I have ever tasted. Its taste is definitely woodsy. I use it for cooking and sauces because it imparts an actual flavor. The odd thing is I cannot say that I actually like it. But its a honey I find I need to keep on the shelf.
