Many varieties of raw honey will crystallize over time. This is also called sugaring. But the sugar crystals that form are often large and uneven, giving a coarse mouth feel. So the trick is to seed the honey with superfine sugar crystals, which then replicate throughout the honey to make a super smooth product. It spreads easily on warm toast and does not drip off! How great is that? We have three varieties - plain orange blossom, orange blossom with cinnamon, and plain wildflower.
Each plastic jar contains approximately 1 pound of creamed honey.
