Description

Many varieties of raw honey will crystallize over time. This is also called "sugaring." But the sugar crystals that form spontaneously are often large and uneven, giving a coarse mouth feel. So the trick is to seed the honey with superfine sugar crystals, which then replicate throughout the honey to make a smoother product. Our creamed honey makes your mouth do the happy dance. Plus, it spreads easily on warm toast and does not drip off! How great is that?

Product Details

Creamed Lemon Mist starts with creamy clover, and then we add a splash of lemon extract. It tastes a bit like lemon curd, only better. One customer recently called it "magical." We'll accept that.
