Shipping and Returns Policy

We currently use the US Postal Service and UPS for shipping orders to customers. Generally, it takes 2 to 5 days for an order to be delivered to you after it is picked up from our facility. The greater the distance between our facility in Florida and the delivery destination, the longer it takes to ship. At certain times of the year (i.e., Christmas), shipping times may increase. We have no control over the packages once they are picked up, and so we cannot make any promises regarding delivery times. Generally, we ship new orders the next business day after the order is received, although once in a while we get backed up and it takes 2 or 3  business days to send out a new order. We do not make any profit from shipping costs; we aim to break even by charging pretty close to what USPS and UPS charge us to send the packages.

We guarantee all of our honey and other products to be free from defects. For unopened products, send them back to us (postage prepaid) and we will give you a full refund. For opened products, send them back to us (postage prepaid) and give you a refund only if there is an obvious defect with the product or the container.
