Shipping policy

Smiley Honey does our utmost to ensure that the honey we pack is packed well, fits snug and wrapped to ensure that no breakages occur. The handling is however out of our control and done by reliable 3rd parties such as UPS, FEDEX and USPS - but humans do sometimes make mistakes and breakages could occur, which is out of our control and we do not offer refunds for broken or missing items which we did not cause. 
We do our best to ship as soon as we can, usually within 2 business day, but packages could take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
