This is a very special honey. I am trying to visualize what it would be like standing in a field of Cilantro. The smell would be intoxicating. A plant that delivers two types of spice and when the bees forage on the flower, OMG! Such a pleasant, surprising tasting honey, a bit herbal and a zing of spice that is so pleasant. I must have tried 20 different honey types this past year, and Coriander honey is a front runner. It's up there just behind Tupelo. People really do need to taste honey that was foraged from one source. It's a whole different kind of magic.
